Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1.Domestic Shipping Policy
a) Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
b) Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are included.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses that are serviceable by courier service for one-day delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
c) Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Naturin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
2.International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside INDIA.
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Naturin reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Naturin at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction.
- For any reason outside the control of the Naturin including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
- All products sold by www.naturin.in are properly checked and tested by the quality control team and guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition.
- All products are protected under 7 Days product repair/replacement (no refund in any condition) policy in case the product has a manufacturing defect only and if it is in unused conditions in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories.
- "New and unused" means that there are no scratches or marks on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Refund/Cancellation Policies Applicable In The Following Conditions:
- In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded. In such situation, the buyer must write to Naturin with all details at firstname.lastname@example.org
- In case the item ordered has been shipped, but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled online. Total order amount after deduction of shipment and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once Naturin receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier and is satisfied that the product is unused and not tampered with. Also the return courier charges are to be paid / borne by the buyer.
- However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
- In case there is an option/or you have opted, for customisation of the product ordered, as per your requirement then cancellation will not be possible in any circumstances.
- In case of double realization of the amount (by mistake or errors) for the same order, the total extra amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited.
- Naturin offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the (buyers card/account) In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation.
- Such amount shall then be refunded as you paid for the product. If the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking account respectively*.
- Any order placed or products bought in a promotion activity cannot be cancelled, returned or Refunded under any circumstances
